    Directly report to the Director of Projects, with General Manager oversight.
    Manage the Office Supervisor, Administrator, Customer Service Coordinators, and Parts Department, promoting a cohesive team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead, manage, and develop the office and parts department staff through hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

    Ensure the team aligns with Landers' high standards and values, adhering to our policies and procedures with a balanced approach.

    Serve as a role model in upholding our commitment to ultimate customer satisfaction and efficient operations.


    Support Duties:
    Assist with customer service by stepping in on the phones as needed, ensuring a seamless and responsive customer experience.
    Actively engage in resolving daily operational challenges alongside the sales, service, and installation teams.


    Operational Excellence and More:
    Negotiate terms and manage relationships with manufacturers as the primary liaison, securing advantageous terms for Landers.

    Oversee the smooth operation of technological issues, fleet service, and inventory management, among other duties, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Drive improvements in office procedures and customer service practices to elevate service quality.

    Coordinate company events, manage insurance updates, and ensure compliance with all relevant workplace regulations, contributing to a thriving work environment.

    What We're Looking For:
    A passionate leader who finds joy and importance in their work, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
    Proven experience in office management, preferably in a similar industry, with direct supervisory responsibilities.
    Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of fostering high-trust relationships, especially with the Director of Projects.
    An independent thinker aligned with the company's vision, capable of making decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to strategic planning.


    Job Requirements:
    1+ year of experience leading a team.
    Must be at least 18 years of age.
    Excel in quickly mastering essential technologies, ensuring their effective application in our operations.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to type no less than 55 WPM corrected.

    Compensation:
    $55, $70,000.00 per year

    As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers.

    In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.

    You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.


    Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
