Position Summary:
Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. An AA degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
5 years related work experience.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Develops extensive knowledge of two or more specialties indicated above.
- Basic knowledge of commissioning.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, on a college level.
- Applies and integrates knowledge indicated herein.
- High level of ability to solve problems and manage information indicated herein.
- Ability to use equipment indicated herein.
- Ability to plan, research, analyze, coordinate, implement and present program requirements.
- Interacts professionally with JHM/departmental staff as well as contractors, manufacturers, vendors and consultants.
