Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the Project Managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients from dispatching a PM and crew to the end of job by helping to collect final payment
• Be able to schedule appointments and used a scheduling system
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Answer phones
• Support team members with various tasks to ensure efficiency
• Transcribe notes and documents accurately
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles*
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in event planning is a plus
• Knowledge in restoration / constructuion procedures a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
• Excellent typing skills and familiarity with office equipment
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
