Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the Project Managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients from dispatching a PM and crew to the end of job by helping to collect final payment
- Be able to schedule appointments and used a scheduling system
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure efficiency
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles*
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge in restoration / constructuion procedures a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent typing skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
