Inspire is looking to add a Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to the team in Mesa, AZ.

We have full time and part time positions open. We are looking to fill morning and afternoon hours.

Technicians job duties will consist of: Performing In-Home ABA therapy to kiddos with Autism and related disorders.

You should have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with patients, supervisors, and colleagues.

Prior experience in home-based healthcare, behavior analysis is advantageous.

  • Implement clinical protocols and written instructions as prescribed by the supervising behavior analyst.
  • Provide direct patient intervention in a 1:1 setting utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training opportunities related to skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Collect and record data pertaining to patient progress, parent participation and observable client behavior.
  • Assist in training, assessments and material preparation as directed by the behavior analyst.
  • Effectively communicate with the parents regarding patient progress as instructed by the supervising behavior analyst.
  • Participate in ongoing training in order to perform job responsibilities to current standards of care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.

Pay:
$ $5.00 per hour
