    Job Description

    Job DescriptionQLM (QUALITY LABOR MANAGEMENT)-Jacksonville is currently looking for safety-oriented and hard-working individuals to operate heavy equipment on construction sites throughout Northeast Florida. Projects are Monday-Friday. Pay is negotiable, depending on skillset and experience. QLM offers weekly pay, safety bonuses, referral bonuses, paid time off (PTO), health benefits, and a transferable 401K. Ask about S.PQ. and the Four F's

    ● Must have a work-safe and positive attitude

    ● Must have reliable transportation

    ● Must have steel toed boots

    ● Pass a background check and meet QLM background and drug-free standards


    ● Ability to operate different types of heavy equipment such as backhoe, dozer, skid steer, roller, etc.

    ● An ability to read a lenker rod is important

    ● Ability to perform any job duties related to operating equipment to ensure safety on the job and the productivity of the team

    ● Understand jobsite safety
