    Job Description Founded in 1988, Mersino is a single source for pumping services, contract dewatering, one-pass trenching, power generation and drilling.     We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who has the motivation, skill and drive to train to become a Trencher Operator.


    Job Requirements:

    • Heavy Equipment Operation/Excavation Equipment Operation: 5 years required
    • Deep Well Drilling: 1 year preferred
    • Dependable
    • Leadership experience a plus
    • Willingness to fulfill other duties as needed
    • Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
    • Flexibility to travel for work and work overtime as needed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • A good learning orientation
    • Ability to lift heavy objects (75lbs) and perform strenuous physical labor
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Must have valid Driver's License with clean driving record
