Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.


Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
• Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Foster social skills, emotional development, and positive behavior through effective classroom management strategies
• Plan and organize activities that promote physical education, creativity, and cognitive development
• Assess student progress through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment tools
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and developmental milestones
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschoolaged children in a classroom setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation strategies
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children
