You will be trained in the following areas with us
  • Planning and implementation of complex IT system solutions
  • Troubleshooting using expert and diagnostic systems
  • Creation of system documentation and identification of IT system needs
  • Technical consulting and support for clients
  • Procurement, introduction, and commissioning of hardware and software
  • Support for application problems by answering IT-specific questions
  • Hardware repair and execution of service tasks
  • Analyzing requirements for connected customer systems and integrating new software into existing connected systems
  • Cloud computing - managing infrastructure, platforms, and software solutions in the cloud
