Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare escrow instructions and amendments
- Review contracts and loan documents
- Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and title officers
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Assist in balancing and funding escrow transactions
- Provide support in resolving any escrowrelated issues
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree from a 4 year college
- Knowledge of basic math and accounting principles
- Must be a Team Player and ability to work with others in a small office setting
- Ability to manage time well and balance a busy workload
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to compete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate well with clients
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Desire to grow and learn a new field
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
