Position Summary:

  • Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

As a painter, you will be responsible for prepping surfaces, painting both interior and exterior of buildings, and carrying out drywall repair/replacement using various equipment. You will also create color samples for color matching, mix paints according to codes, and finish surfaces using sandpaper, pumice, wax, and other materials.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred Education: Trade school education.
  • Required Experience: Four years as a skilled painter.
  • Preferred Experience: N/A

Additional Information:

In alignment with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is specified as USD $. This rate is determined based on bargaining unit contracts.

This pay range constitutes base pay exclusively and does not include additional components such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
