Job description for Supervisor Lieutenant Sergeant at Ovation Hollywood.
- Ability to lead and motivate officers under command, backing up the Captain and Director of Security, making sure that roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines are clear to each staff member.
- Work in a multiethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Handle hostile and crisis situations, calmly and efficiently.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time,
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift,
- Effective oral communication and clear writing skills and demonstrated ability to explain security policies and procedures; Maintain a high sense of confidentiality.
- Technological Awareness ? Demonstrated working knowledge of computer hardware and software programs applicable to assigned duties and the security section. Micro-Soft Office software.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to plan and organize assignments for officers under command; ability to provide oversight and take responsibility for delegated assignment of officers under command.
- Work in various environments such as cold weather or heat.
- Work all shifts as needed.
