We are a wholesale distributor in the swimming pool and water treatment industry. Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus. We are looking to add to our team a strong individual for Counter Sales. This person will help customers with placing orders and quotes. Strong computer skills is a plus. Exceptional customer service is a must.


LIST OF DUTIES:

• Main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Pull Orders from the Warehouse
• Confirm appointments and follow up calls to customers, including closing of sales
• Complete and send estimates, sales orders.
• Set up deliveries with Dispatch
• Must be skilled using office productivity software such as Excel, Word, E-Mail, Internet browsing, etc.
• Must be proficient in English grammar and spelling.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Professional and pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Have the ability to multitask.
• Be a "Team Player", communicating effectively with others.
• Capable of working on your own; however, willing to ask for help when needed.
