Your role with us:


  • You will be the first point of contact for all HRrelated matters and work closely with all departments within the HR team (e.g. payroll, recruiting, and administration)
  • Personnel management from A-Z is your specialty: you will take care of employee needs (e.g. employment contracts, references, and payroll)
  • In case of absence, you will support the recruiting team with personnel procurement and assist colleagues with legal questions
  • You will enjoy managing project topics in quality management, occupational safety, and strategy development, acting as a liaison with external partners and internal departments such as IT and finance
  • You are interested in the challenge of becoming a future leader: as part of succession planning, you have the opportunity to lead the HR department

Your qualifications:


  • A degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with specialized training
