You will initially be rolling up your sleeves to help drive the development of a new, end-to-end title operations process while collaboratively identifying product and technical opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of our new process.
Then you will lead the charge for testing and iterating on these processes while closing commercial, national title transactions.As an Escrow Officer, you will:
Drive commercial real estate transactions from open to post-closing.
Collaborate with underwriting, transaction management, and other team members to deliver superior customer service.
Be the go to person for day-to-day escrow matters on every real estate transaction that comes through our group.
Work on a remote team using technology and virtual communication.
Use data to drive decision making and continual process improvements.

Your qualifications:
Has run and closed commercial real estate deals from start to finish.
Regional or national commercial title experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
History of delivering exceptional customer experience.
Bachelors degree or 3-5 years relevant experience required.
Has a successful history of managing and serving customers.
