  • Work your tech wizardry to accurately record client interactions, update policy information, and generate reports using our supercool computer systems and software.

Qualifications:

  • A zest for life and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points if you have additional education or relevant certifications in insurance or customer service
  • Previous experience working in a State Farm agency will make you stand out from the crowd.
  • Being fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) will give you the edge when helping our Spanish speaking customers.
  • Superpowers in the form of excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to connect with clients, colleagues, and insurance underwriters like no other
  • A knack for problemsolving that would make Sherlock Holmes proud. You can think on your feet and find solutions faster than a speeding bullet.
