    Description

    **Job Summary**

    Supervise, plan, organize and participate in the operations and activities of the warehouse.

    **Job Description**

    Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities.

    Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.

    Schedule distribution of work of assigned warehouse employees to optimize productivity.

    Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary.

    Assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment.

    Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in clean, safe and orderly conditions.

    Will need to take appropriate actions regarding unforeseeable issues during assigned shift and assure that issues are properly documented and communicated to Management as soon as possible.

    Any other duties/functions as assigned by management.

    **Requirements**

    High school education or equivalent

    1 to 3 years warehouse experience or related experience.

    Working Knowledge warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology.

    Similar with space utilization and inventory techniques.

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills communicate with a wide range of people.

    Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
