As a non-profit social enterprise, we offer both traditional counseling and qualification services for employment promotion and youth social work, as well as neighborhood and family-oriented model projects.

In our non-profit subsidiaries SAD GmbH, we offer neighborhood services, and with SHT GmbH, we operate a hotel.

To ensure the economic and administrative management of our association and its subsidiaries, and to support the executive board, we are looking for a
