    Pacific Lifestyle Homes a growing regional homebuilder seeks a professional, full-time

    Quality Assurance Manager


    with residential construction or property management experience to lead the customer service team in creating an exceptional new home experience for our valued customers.

    This position works closely with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure a high quality home delivery.

    The QA Manager also supports product selections, writes scopes of work and conducts root cause analysis for continuous quality improvement.

    We offer a competitive compensation package for the position of QA Manager beginning with a salary range of $75,000 – $110,000 with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to $5,000 to $15,000 annually, subject to the terms of a written employment agreement and meeting performance expectations.

    This position is considered an exempt role. Total annual compensation is dependent on target performance and may be up to

    $80,000 to $125,000 , subject to achieving targeted performance expectations and the terms of a written employment agreement.

    This position is eligible to participate in the Company's extensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee.

    This position is also eligible to participate in annual profit sharing and our 401(k)-retirement savings plans with a discretionary 3% contribution.

    A healthy balance of wellbeing and paid time off is one of the ways we support our teammates. We provide 120 hours of paid time off for the first year and seven paid holidays annually.

    Our offices are located in Vancouver, WA close to I-205.

    Leads a team of 3-4 Warranty Representatives.
    Troubleshoots and resolves quality issues striving for a win-win result.
    Conducts quality inspections of new homes prior to delivery to customers.
    Tracks and resolves recurring quality issues and collaborates with other departments to identify root cause(s).
    Collaborates with Trade Partners to reduce issues and callbacks.
    Works with Purchasing to update and maintain scopes of work for continuous improvement of processes.
    In conjunction with Purchasing, verifies materials and products.
    Evaluates proposed new products prior to implementation.
    Supports Warranty Representatives by providing timely information in response to customer questions.
    Effectively utilizes the Customer Care Database.

    QA Manager Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    High school diploma or equivalent with experience in hospitality, property management, retail, or other customer-centered environment; college coursework or degree in management, business, communications or other applicable course of study is preferred.

    Demonstrated leadership experience within a team environment.
    Five+ years in a customer-related field.
    Residential construction industry background (2+ years) is preferred.
    Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively; demonstrated accuracy and follow through.
    Project management experience is a plus.
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    Responsible with strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
    Logical decision-making abilities; good judgment.
    Initiative and creative problem solving skills.
    Ability to maintain composure and a high level of performance while resolving issues.
    Professional, approachable and team-oriented.
    Proficient in use of computer software to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, Customer Relationship Management System and database management.
    Reliable vehicle;

    vehicle allowance provided .
    Willingness to travel locally- typically within an hour of Vancouver, WA.
