We are currently looking for you, on a fixed-term basis of 8 months, as a customer service employee in the mobile service team (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Düsseldorf.
Your tasks:
  • You represent Deutsche Bahn at the train station and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You handle tasks at the service point as well as mobile services at the train station and on the platforms
  • You are the contact person for information on platform changes, disruptions in operations, train cancellations, missed connections, and travel alternatives. You are responsible for relaying this information to travelers through appropriate information systems and media
  • You also issue passenger documents and check displayed timetables and posters for accuracy and appearance
  • As a trusted person for customers, you also handle lost and found items
  • You also assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform and perform first aid tasks
