Description

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Primary focus of the Program Staff Support is to provide onsite assistance to housing program locations at 16 CHS/ Salem or the Hotel locations.

This position will focus on maintaining the safety, security and ensuring program guidelines maintained.

This position will provide adhoc functions to include supporting with functions such as delivering or picking up items, transportation to individuals as needed and/or support advocates with essential functions.

Full Time Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Accept assignments on a daily basis depending on specifics for that day:

Provide shopping or running errands for programs supplies/food:

Support with Unit Inspections as needed:

Provide transportation to families or in between programs as needed:

Document in the communication log and document any incidents that happen

Report any maintenance requests or call for emergency maintenance as required

Monitor the security system and report any issues or specific concerns

Any other tasks or assignments as requested.
