Job in Zurich:

As part of this role, you will lead and coach the management teams of kids & co childcare facilities in the city of Zurich in the areas of pedagogy, educational and parenting partnerships, personnel, location marketing, and finances.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality and operational results. Together with a second management team in Zurich, you will develop the childcare facilities further.

In the regional team, you will exchange ideas with other management teams, human resources and finance representatives, and the management team to align the strategic direction of kids & co childcare facilities.

You will actively participate in projects and processes and implement decisions.


What we expect from you:

  • You have a tertiary degree in the field of education (e.g. Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Master's in Early Childhood)
  • You have demonstrated coaching and leadership skills through previous experience.
