In IT support, you ensure the resolution of hardware or software problems. Either the IT hotline is called or colleagues use a ticket system.

After the requests or IT problems have been recorded, organized, and classified, you will work on them and initiate appropriate measures.

Requirements:

Interest in computer systems
Software and hardware make your heart beat faster
Enthusiasm for numbers
Technical affinity
Communication skills and sense of responsibility
Curiosity about project management

Good general (technical) high school diploma or a very good secondary school leaving certificate
