As a Senior Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will leave work each day feeling a sense of accomplishment.

Key Functions:

On an average day, a Senior Accounts Payable Support Specialist:

• Responsible for receipt, invoice and voucher processing, accurate data entry and 3-way match
• Establishes effective working relationships with customers through continuous communication on missing packing slips, purchase orders, credits, etc.
• Establishes effective working relationship with suppliers through communication on missing invoices, credits/rebills, incorrect invoices, etc.
• Responds as quickly as possible to resolve support tickets, working with vendors and team members as needed to find fast and effective solutions
• Follows and assists in maintaining departmental SOPs for processes and escalations
• Assists with new client onboarding
• Trains new employees as needed
• Performs account sweeps as needed
• Exhibits a consistently high level of accuracy
• Consistently processes a high volume of vouchers over the required daily minimum
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Must be employed as BioProcure "AP Support Specialist" for a minimum of 1 year
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Highly proficient with MS Office including advanced Excel
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced/changing environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Decisive, detail oriented, and highly accurate
• Dependable, flexible and consistent team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
