Your responsibilities:

  • Independently assign and monitor repair orders and maintenance measures
  • Independently accompany the maintenance and modernization of the real estate portfolio
  • Depending on qualifications: provide technical support for project planning as a client representative
  • Support in the areas of planning, tendering, and awarding contracts
  • Participation in the planning of annual repair and value improvement measures

Your skills:

  • Completed technical training or comparable qualification
  • Technical and commercial understanding
  • Strong communication and assertiveness
  • Organizational skills and independent work style
  • Class B driver's license
