    About the Position

    Dakotech, a Microsoft Silver Partner specializing in Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions, is seeking a dedicated Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team. As a key player in the company, you will be responsible for providing stellar IT support to a diverse range of clients, ensuring their technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities as a Senior Solutions Engineer

    • Provide IT support to clients across five states through a combination of on-site and remote visits
    • Install and maintain local area networks and ensure network management
    • Administer Windows Server and Hyper-V systems, with a focus on Office 365 migrations
    • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure client satisfaction

    Requirements for the Role

    • Minimum five years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in network management and help desk support
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and Windows systems administration
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
