In Europe, ARYZTA operates seven bakeries in five countries. Technical Manager (m/f/d) We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Duisburg.

What to expect:

Operational and disciplinary leadership, organization, and motivation of the team in line with the current transformation and change process Ensuring smooth daily operation and production readiness, preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment Driving force in the joint development of creative and sustainable technical solutions to improve production processes and continuous development of the team and processes, e.g.

optimization of spare parts management (SAP) Close collaboration with European engineering within the Bun cluster in terms of projects, resources, and timings Ensuring timely and professional implementation of approved investment plans Participation and consultation in the procurement, operation, and modification of equipment and machinery Planning and implementation of technical projects, e.g.

in the areas of automation, process engineering
