Fast-paced multi-faceted service company is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a new Inventory Manager position within the company.

Our company currently engages in the following lines of business; electrical contracting, outdoor lighting, outdoor audio, irrigation service.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for:

• learning current materials that are used by all aspects of the company

- researching and staying up-to-date with product and material options
- monitoring inventory levels of current stock items in multiple locations
- further developing order lists and re-stocking order quantity reports
- placing standard stocking orders
- evaluating look-ahead schedules to ensure materials on hand and prepare special orders
- receive and place orders for special order parts and materials
- track order progress through to final delivery to site or technicians
- assist in developing work flow and SOP documenation for inventory management processes
- detail oriented to maintain accurate records and develop quality procedures
- proactive to research and learn all aspects of the products associated with the multiples lines of business
- efficient in order to maximize use of time and energy
- familiiarity with technology in the workplace, including MS Office suite of products
- ability to load and unload materials in excess of 50 lbs.
- motivation to take ownership of the role and excel without constant direct oversight
- leadership to continue development and engage with other team members for efficiency and effectiveness

Job may include occasional travel to attend trade shows and industry expos.


Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
