Your role

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
We're looking for a service associate to:
undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks

- provide support and advice for Team Associates and Financial Advisors
- see that Operations processes - like order entry and trade error processing - comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

Your team

You'll be working within a WMA Office on the operational team where we provide advicebased solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultrahigh net worth and highnet worth individuals and families.

Your expertise
- ideally 1+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance

- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
