Your role
- Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
- We're looking for a service associate to:
- undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks
- see that Operations processes - like order entry and trade error processing - comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
- create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
- maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Your team
- You'll be working within a WMA Office on the operational team where we provide advicebased solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultrahigh net worth and highnet worth individuals and families.

Your expertise
- ideally 1+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
- detail oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
