Position - Business Analyst

Location - Providence, RI

Duration - Contract

Roles & Responsibilities
- **Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems.

  • Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership.
  • Troubleshoots errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong presentation, organization and communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate customer focused approach.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Tableau experience preferred.

Requirements:


Bachelors' degree with at least three to five years' experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.


Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
Up to $42.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
