    Shape the Future of Manufacturing at TURCK

    Are you a passionate leader with a proven track record in operational excellence?


    TURCK is seeking a Director of Operations to join our team in Plymouth, MN In this critical role, you will lead a high-performing team across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Room, Injection Molding Technology, Facilities and Maintenance, and Quality.

    You'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to ensure our US operations deliver the highest quality products, efficiently, and in a safe environment.


    What You'll Do:
    Provide strategic direction and leadership to a cross-functional team.
    Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and eliminating production bottlenecks while optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Lean manufacturing principles and optimize the production footprint.
    Spearhead the smooth transition of new products from development to full-scale production.
    Lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System.
    Foster a positive and performance-oriented work environment that motivates and empowers your team.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Business Management experience a plus.
    Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years of leadership/supervision experience.
    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
