    Regional Director, U.S. Operations (Minneapolis Metro Area)

    Job Overview:

    • Lead strategic oversight and operational management of a designated franchise region, encompassing multiple districts and restaurants.
    • Guide and coach Operations teams and franchisees to achieve company objectives while ensuring compliance with standards.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop, communicate, and execute operational plans and strategies.
    • Participate in business planning meetings to set performance goals.
    • Provide guidance in implementing integrated business plans within the region.
    • Manage marketing performance through effective partnerships.

    Requirements:

    • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years experience in corporate franchise management operations.
    • Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and budgets.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
