As a regional energy network operator, we see it as our core task to ensure energy supply with future-oriented energy networks and solutions. We are a subsidiary of the E.ON Group and thus a key driver of the energy transition in Germany. You will play a significant role in shaping a sustainable energy future.

You will be responsible for the development and structuring of the construction program across all voltage levels; from substations to low voltage, you will have control over the entire construction program.
You will successfully translate strategic goals into the construction program, operationalize them, and work together to achieve them.
You will coordinate and manage the translation of planning into concrete construction measures based on the construction program and establish new construction standards that are implemented and applied within the company.
You will oversee the implementation of construction measures and provide year-round transparency on progress and goal achievement.
You will represent Bayernwerk in group-wide projects and collaborate with colleagues from the E.ON Group.
