CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE POSITIONS

We are looking for
Call Center Representatives that will be pre-screening Homeowners for various programs that they may qualify for - with a live transfer over to our client for closing.


WHAT DO WE DO?
We provide a pre-screening service for various benefit programs for types of home mortgage Programs.


We will provide the equipment we will provide the training we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make System generated Outbound calls
  • Obtain information using a dynamic script prompted by our system
  • Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.
  • No Hard Sales
