The family-owned company Helmut KNAUS KG -Campingparks-, headquartered in Ochsenfurt, Bavaria, operates 26 camping parks nationwide in the most beautiful holiday regions from the North Sea to the Bavarian Forest.
To strengthen our team at our KNAUS Campingpark Bad Kissingen, we are currently looking for
Receptionists (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis.
As a receptionist, you will welcome our guests at the camping park reception, organize and handle administrative tasks, and ensure the well-being of our guests.
Your new responsibilities include:
- Friendly welcome/goodbye of our guests
- Checkin: recording reservations/bookings, briefing guests
- Checkout: billing
- Cash management and closing
- Individual advice and support for our guests
- First point of contact for guests and potential customers via telephone
- Processing emails
- Ordering consumables and promotional materials
Your profile:
- Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of English is desirable
- Friendly and wellgroomed appearance
- High level of service and quality awareness
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Enjoy working in a team
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Driver's license is an advantage
