Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks.

This is a part-time to full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Monday - Friday 7 am to 12 pm to start.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Enter orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently
  • File and organize documents both physically and electronically
  • Proofread documents for errors and make necessary corrections
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide support to the front desk as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in event planning is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive problemsolving skills
  • Previous experience as an administrative or dental receptionist is preferred but not required
