    Starting base salary US $84,500 - $102,000

    CAD $87,000 - $104,500

    What you will be doing:


    The Ideal candidate will have a track record for interpreting business requirements into data integration pipelines and is capable of actively participating in building a high performance team through support of the Development Lead in the SDLC process.

    They will have a strong foundational knowledge of data management, master data, cleansing, data quality and data governance practices.

    In this role:
    You will be an integral part of the team for integrating data into our master data management platform and maintaining changes to the data modelYou will be responsible for the versioning and source control for the configurations involved in our MDM platformYou will work within an Agile development environment to help in investigating business requirements, data profiling, data analysis and configuration of our MDM platformYou will work with the business and cross functional teams to understand data requirements including mapping rules, cleansing routines and become the SME for master dataDesign and deliver data pipeline solutions using the following technologies:

    ETL Tools, ex:
    Workato, AWS GlueMDM Platform tools (such as Reltio)Source Control and CICD - GitHub, TeamCity, Terraform, AWS CLI

    Maintaining configurations for our MDM platform

    Making API calls to our MDM platformExperience with json format

    Deliver data solutions in a cross-functional, agile organization

    Liaise with Business System Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirementsLiaise with Agile Delivery Managers to provide estimates, develop plans, and plan sprintsWork with Business Owners to define and capture metadata and rules for data integration processes

    Develop, promote, and encourage adherence to best practices

    Manage documentation and data governance standardsDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for your areaManage/guide the deployment of code into the various testing and production environments

    What you'll bring:

    7+ years' experience in a data analyst role7+ years' experience in relational SQL and No-SQL Databases3+ years' experience with a Master Data Management platform (such as Reltio)Excellent knowledge of Data Modelling principles, including UML, Conceptual and Logical data modellingExperience with Data quality metrics and data cleansing and validation routinesExcellent communication skillsHighly motivated and driven to achieve business outcomes for customersExperience working in a multitenant environment beneficial
