Branch Manager / Location Manager / House Manager in Training (m/f/d)

for our furniture stores in the Bluff City, TN region

immediate start | nationwide | full-time

Responsibilities

  • You will lead a XXXLutz furniture store with furniture and home accessories departments, administration and warehouse, both in terms of personnel, organization and finance
  • In a targeted training phase, you will learn all aspects of the job and be optimally prepared for your tasks
  • As a house manager, you are responsible for meeting sales targets and budget goals
  • You conduct employee meetings and motivate your employees to achieve their best performance
  • You implement merchandising concepts and monitor their execution
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training (preferably in retail) or completed studies and professional experience in sales or a degree in business administration, leadership experience is desirable
  • Dedicated commitment and independent, successoriented and responsible work
  • Confident, professional and friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues
  • Willingness to work at different XXXLutz locations
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
