We are looking for a PA or NP that is able to function in a clinic that is high volume, not afraid to work.

The clinic offers Federal Injury assessments, joint and trigger point injections. (Experience a plus in joint injections) We will train. Work in clinic M-Th.

• You will assess federal employees for workman comp federal cases. This is your main responsibility. We provide the training.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic/acute injuries
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects
• Perform minor procedures, such as joint injections and trigger point injections.
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in clinical trials and research studies as needed

'''Requirements'''

• Valid Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada. We do provide a collaborator which is a requirement of the federal program.
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Studies or related field
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioner (NCCPA)
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including knowledge of ICD10 coding
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
