Description
Job duties include:
- Teaching skills to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. Don't worry The plan is set up by the BCBA who provides ongoing training and support.
- Building a strong rapport and relationship with the clients and families that we work with while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Recording information (collecting data & session notes) on how the client is responding daily. Training for data collection is provided (no experience necessary).
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
- Punctuality and attendance are required to ensure we are providing our clients with the best service possible.
- Participation in paid workshops and trainings.
