Position Overview

Sales Associate, Home, responsible for the management of Department Stores, Pure Plays and Specialty Accounts for Home Textiles & Table Top/Gift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer facing position managing both Department stores, Pure Plays, and Specialty accounts across Textiles and Gift & Table Top
  • Weekly reporting inclusive of pulling sales reports from multiple account portals, inputing metrics into various templates, running and compiling adhoc reporting
  • Liase with Account Services Team to fulfill Specialty Account orders accross all categories of Textile and Table-Top/Gift businesses
  • Crossfunctional interraction between Planning, Marketing, Digital Team, Retail Development, and Merchandising
  • Manage seasonal samples to be sent to multiple accounts & assist in prep for Textile market appointments
  • Conduct weekly/monthly site sweeps for all Digital partners
  • Analyze business trend suggesting opportunities and offsets to drive volume and increase productivity
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication with the Field Team to elevate brand presentation, positioning, and necessary collateral
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Prior experience managing and interfacing with wholesale accounts preferrable, Home experience is a bonus
  • Digitally savvy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic Retail Math, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Highly organized and capable of moving with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask
