Description

Work assignments will be within the eleven counties of the District and will require up to 90% travel from HQ station.

Under the direction of a Caltrans Maintenance Supervisor or a Caltrans Maintenance Leadworker, is responsible for and performs work above or below 100 ft on bridge structures ladders, personnel hoist, platforms and catwalks positioned over highways or freeways.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and accomplish miscellaneous labor work and equipment operation in connection with the maintenance on state highways and facilities. Will be required to work snow removal in winter months.
