Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our garden gifts, outdoor furniture, and decor to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency for processing transactions.
• Assist with dazzling merchandising, creating visually appealing displays to showcase our products.
• Responsible for ordering new products, ensuring our inventory remains diverse, fresh, and exciting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, product knowledge, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in garden gifts, outdoor furniture, or related fields.
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing topnotch customer service.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
