We - a friendly, open-minded and welcoming team ranging from 16 to 60 years old - are the operators of several Telekom stores located in Neumarkt, Kitzingen and Dillingen, and we are currently seeking a Shop Salesperson/Consultant for our Dillingen location.

You would be a great fit for us if:

  • You are outgoing, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
  • You have previous experience in sales and/or marketing and know how to cater to the needs of customers
  • You are interested in smartphones and mobile media, techsavvy, innovative and enjoy trying out new things
  • You are proficient in Outlook and MS Office and are willing to learn new programs
  • You are used to working independently and meeting set goals, and have a wellgroomed appearance
  • You may even have previous experience in the telecommunications/mobile industry
To give you an idea of what your daily tasks would entail, here are some of your planned responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting customers with Telekom products (mobile, landline, internet, DSL, etc.) for both private and business clients
  • Creating quotes
  • Managing contracts
  • Accepting repairs and handling complaints
  • Maintaining customer data and performing general administrative tasks
