Job Duties Include:

Visiting with homeowners to share the options they have with Holencik

Making follow up calls

Processing all paperwork related to each proposal as well as projects sold

Communicate with in house production crews for related projects

Completing 2 appointments a day and close 45% of leads

Must meet monthly sales goals

Weekly company meeting

Daily sales team meeting

Inspecting roofs, siding and gutters must not be afraid of heights
**Call debrief with sales manager after each appointment to improve your performance

Requirements:

Microsoft proficiency a must

Professional appearance

Able to pass a drug screen

Customer focused

Results oriented

Goal driven

Can work independently

Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year with no cap
