_REBOOT TECH, LLC is an R2v3-certified start-up company in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and end-of-life electronics recycling. We are searching for a reliable and qualified Sales Service Representative. _
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promote Reboot Tech LLC products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure all interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Utilize CRM systems, particularly Zoho, to manage customer data and interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance goals and targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
- Assist in various officerelated tasks, and collaborate with other associates on projects as needed.
Schedule:
- 8hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Hourly

Ability to commute/relocate:
Ontario, CA:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1year experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Proficiency in managing CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in recycling and or waste management is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to drive revenue through customer interactions.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with moderate to high noise levels.
