Specifically, we are looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager:
The Service Delivery Manager monitors, manages and engages in all aspects of work done.

The primary function of this role is to ensure all work is scheduled, communicated, and completed, following HawkPoint's mission, vision, values and C.O.D.E.

The Service Delivery Manager maintains a daily live-pulse on all activities taking place, and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality products and services.

• Amazing communication skills. You will be communicating with clients, techs and business executives, over multiple mediums. Be the person they to talk to.
• Be organizedTaking time to document and stay organized is the cornerstone for this job. Organization and attention to detail are a MUST.

• You have to genuinely enjoy what you do and care about doing it well. Actively work to keep current with what's happening around the industry. A better you is a better us.

Big picture, we don't really focus on specific education or experience, but you should have something to show for what you can do.

Admin for 2 years, cool. Associates in something IT related, sweet. Just as long as you've done something, and you can do this.

Pay:
$84, $89,621.00 per year
