Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into multiple systems.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.


Duties:


  • Enter medical data into databases and maintain accurate records
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Must be able to work fast and accurate in entering patient demographics
  • Must be familar verifying insurance in Avality, and Novitasphere
  • Must have knowledge of different types of insurances
  • Use Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Must have some experience in working in a medical office/clinic.
  • Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This is NOT a remote position.


Job Type:
Part-time

$ $15.00 per hour
