Your Responsibilities:

As a working student in the HR and social media marketing department, you will support us for 10-20 hours per week and take on your own small projects:

In the recruiting process, you actively approach potential candidates, write job advertisements, and publish them on our channels
You create presentations and decision templates
You assist with the structured documentation of our processes
You support in organizing small and large events and recruiting fairs
Together with our marketing team, you develop our social media presence and bring in fresh ideas

Your Profile:

You are enrolled as a student and have a strong interest in human resources, recruiting, and marketing
You are full of ideas and eager to try them out in practice
As a communication talent, you have a good sense for people and situations
Excellent time and selfmanagement skills, as well as organizational skills and a reliable, independent way of working, characterize you
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a confident handling of MS Office and Teams, are a given for you
