SUMMARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation Administration:
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation programs, including salary band/grade management, shortterm incentive plan, longterm incentive plan, and RSU program.
- Collaborate with external vendors to obtain current market data, conduct analysis, and ensure company is competitive within the industry and market conditions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's compensation programs remain compliant.
- Develop a comprehensive annual compensation strategic philosophy.
- Effectively develop, implement, and manage an annual compensation cycle corresponding with the performance review cycle, working collaboratively with management, payroll, HRIS and HRBPs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding compensation inquiries.
- Develop, implement, and manage an executive compensation program.
- Serve as backup to payroll administration and processing.
- Overall responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal legal and regulatory requirements affecting employee compensation programs.
Benefits Administration:
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and/or management of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits.
- Collaborate with external benefits vendors, insurers, and other benefit providers to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and optimize the overall benefits package.
- Negotiate benefit contract renewals in partnership with broker.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Plan annual open enrollment campaign, with updated, accurate information for employees regarding new services or plan changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution.
- Conduct weekly new hire benefits orientation and ensure updates to benefits information is communicated to all employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and interactive wellness program with measurable key indicators to demonstrate impact to the overall organization.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with state and federal legal and regulatory requirements affecting employee benefit programs, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, Medicare, etc.
- Administer the annual Verify Form 1095 reporting for the Affordable Care Act
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, the individual must effectively carry out each essential duty using the skills and competencies listed below.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience, education, and training, required
- 5+ years of both compensation and benefits experience (dedicated roles), required
- Knowledge of Workday, preferred
- Certified Compensation and/or Human Resources Professional, preferred
- Experience utilizing the Economic Research Institute (ERI) system or analogous software is required
- Demonstrated compensation research, analytical experience, and problemsolving skills required
- International compensation and benefits administration experience, preferred
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
- Ability to effectively manage time with adherence to deadlines
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain strictest confidentiality
