    Leading healthcare provider in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team.

    Position:
    Family Medicine Physician


    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
    • Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of North Carolina
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to providing highquality patient care
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages
    • Provide outpatient care, including routine checkups, vaccinations, and health screenings
    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
